Rene Velazquez CPA is a CPA and PA firm owner with more than 15 years of experience. He has seen many changes in the world of accounting, but none as dramatic as Docupile's DMS software. "We used to do things in a way that was not very efficient," Velazquez said, "Because of this," he would have had to hire more people. He is a big believer in working smart instead of hard."

"I've been a CPA for 15 years, and this is the best program I've ever seen. It just makes things so much easier. When I make a new PDF, it asks do you want to add this one? That's absurd. I don't have 14 different tax documents; I have one PDF." 

He says that he has changed his practice after just one month. He enjoys its functionality and speed. One of his favorite things about SideKick is the fact that it sits on the desktop and not underneath, so he can have many open windows and tabs.  

"That little 'I is always there." 

It wasn't long before Velazquez saw the ROI. Longer work hours and lower expenses mean more money for a business. He thinks his investment will be worth it. He knows that he can use the investment over and over again, and it will continue to make money for him. 

"I save at least an hour a day. My admin is saving double the amount of time because she's doing paperwork all day. "If our company was ever bought or I moved to a different company, I am not going if they don't have eFile. That would make me really unhappy."
